Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Kestrel Immigration ("we", "us") helps people book visa appointments and prepare visa forms. We have offices in Ahmedabad, India and in Canada. This policy explains what personal data we collect through kestrelimmigration.com, why, and what choices you have. Questions: help@kestrelimmigration.com.

What we collect

Why we use it

We rely on your consent (for example when you tick the consent box), on performing the service you request, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed for the service you request: with embassies, consulates and visa application centres (such as BLS or VFS portals) when we book or prepare something for you; with providers that help us run the service (hosting, messaging such as WhatsApp); and when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Security

Passport numbers and dates of birth are encrypted at rest. Agent codes and passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us more than the booking needs.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Where data is processed

Because we operate from India and Canada and use hosting and messaging providers, your data may be processed in those or other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to complain about how we handle it, including under applicable laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Canada's PIPEDA. Write to help@kestrelimmigration.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website is not directed to children. Applications for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
