Who we are
Kestrel Immigration is an independent private assistance service with offices in Ahmedabad, India and in Canada. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any embassy, consulate, IRCC, the US Department of State, BLS International or VFS Global.
What we do
We help you find and book visa appointment slots, prepare application forms (such as the DS-160) from the information and documents you give us, and provide free slot-alert tools. We do not make visa decisions and we cannot influence them.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a visa will be approved, that a slot will be available by any date, or that a booking attempt will succeed. Appointment availability is controlled by the embassy, consulate or visa centre and can change at any moment.
Fees
Official government and visa-centre fees are paid directly to those bodies and are not part of our fees. Our service fees, timing and refund terms are set out in the written quote we send you and apply once you accept it.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. We will not prepare or submit anything false or misleading.
- Check forms and details before they are submitted; you remain responsible for your application.
- Keep your reference numbers and, if you are an agent, your agent code private.
Agents
Agent access is granted after verification and can be suspended or withdrawn. By submitting client details you confirm you have the client's permission to share them with us for the requested service. Agent codes are personal to your agency and must not be shared.
Free alerts extension
The Kestrel Alerts extension is provided free and "as is". It may stop working if a third-party website changes, and we do not guarantee that it will detect every slot.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made by authorities, or for events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Kestrel office contracting with you is located, as stated in your written quote.
